APPROACH
MARKET PULSE Retail Measurement Service, based on analytics applied to sales data collected every month from a panel of 5000 electrical stores in 100+ cities, was used to identify pricing trends.
WINNING OUTCOME
The sales growth for 6A modular switches in the price band of INR 18 – 25 was studied further and migration from higher price bands established.
Client introduced a new brand in the afore-mentioned price band to ride the demand wave. Within 2 years of launch, the new brand helped the company to double their market share.
